"The entire staff is incredibly friendly"

"We had a King Suite upgrade and it was AMAZING. The view, the pool table, comfy giant bed…. Great restaurant choices for sure!! Bonjour!!!!"

"We stayed on the second floor and there was a really bad smell. It smelled like a public restroom. I was very disasppointed."

"Clean room elevators not really working"

"The main slides and lazy river were closed including the larger slide in the kids area. Phone in room didn’t work. No towels in any room bathrooms. Room was not clean, hair from previous guests on pillow and in bathroom. My son had a live roach in his room. Hallways in our building were carpeted a d smelled like mildew. Our second night there we were woken up not once but twice by the hotel fire alarm going off, people running to evacuate in the middle of the night. No idea what caused it and we were never told. Poor experience."
