"Staff and the facility was outstanding. I gave it 4 stars because Yakima is one of Washington’s premier wine country yet at the manager’s reception they serve California Gallo wines. Management of the Oxford Suites corporate should talk to some of the local wineries in Yakima to feature their wines so that visitors can become familiar with and visit those wineries.I am sure that the wineries will offer to chain industry pricing. As you probably figured out, I’m a wine collector and was looking forward to taste the local wines while on a business trip. Other than that, the hotel is amazing as is the staff."

"The check in was very easy, we arrived early and they gave I a time to come back because our room was ready so we were able to check in. Check in was very easy. This is the first time we stayed at this Best Western Hotel and we are satisfied that this will be our go to hotel whenever we are in Yakima."

"The room was fairly clean. Security seems fine. Breakfast was above average. It's located right across the street from the mall so there's plenty of shopping. The hotel seems to push the restaurant (Australian Steak House) that's located in the same lot as it is however there are better options in easy driving distance. The mattress was on the firm side. Wi-Fi worked fine. Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel could use some updating however for the price it's hard to complain. Overall a pleasant one night stay."
