「Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!」

「Great place to stay!」

「Room was hot because AC unit was not large enough to cool the room. Property uses a non-fixed AC. Asked for support and was told that AC worked because previous guest did not complain. Asked for fans to at least help cool and fans were not delivered next day, only in third day. 」

「The unit didn't have WiFi/internet despite the descrition saying it did. When asked, the property owner took more than a day to reply and couldn't give us a solution. We spent our whole stay without WiFi/internet, which was a major inconvenience as we were not able to do work.」

「A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. 」

「The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....

「Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay. Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. 」

「I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. 」
