「Great neighborhood and great stay for the price. Room is small but it was clean and secure. 」

「The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that 」

「My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! 」

「Very clean and comfortable. Walkable area very near light rail. Convenient grocery store across from light rail station. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.」

「I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. 」
