「Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.」

「First time booking the Boylston Hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were very kind, and the check in/out process was easy and smooth. I loved how modern and clean the hotel was, and I particularly loved the lounge downstairs. There aren’t any elevators in the hotel, but they have a service to help bring bags up the stairs. The room itself was very clean and tidy. It was a super hot day, but the AC in the room was so cold I genuinely forgot about the heat outside. I also love that guests...

「Clean room. A little heavy on scent of some kind. Hallways and elevators were too warm. Staff was uber friendly and helped us to get the room booked on Expedia. Not sure about the barn like bathroom doors. Too many gaps and no lock. Room is uber nice. We had a bay view on fifth floor. Had hoped to see the fireworks from bridge blast but building next door blocked it. Bed was ok. Quiet room. Parking was a cluster when first arriving.」
