「Room was great, excellent location, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the keypad on my room was kinda spotty, it failed to program when I first checked in but they solved that quickly. But the rest of the trip it would still act like I typed it in wrong, took 2-3 tries to get into my room every time. Also my room was right next to the front door and when the property door closes it's extremely loud, so people going in and out throughout the night is pretty disruptive. Overall great...

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「The location is excellent. Close to Main Street and the mountains. The photos do not at all reflect what the resort or my room looked like. It is clearly an old building. My room had a large air conditioning unit sitting inside blocking the bar. Even though I have VIP status, the room given me had no view and looked out over another building.」
