Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained.

My only complaint is the front desk staff is sometimes not there for extended periods of time. And it seems like a pattern because more than one person did that. When I arrived no one was at the desk and someone else had to let me in. It was 26 degrees outside so that was not ok. Aside from that the room was beautiful. I’d stay again but the front desk needs to be at the front desk, not in the back office.

I would have given 5 but the fire alarm started going off all hours of the night because of an elevator issue. Otherwise the hotel is very beautiful, very friendly staff. Short walk to everything. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

Room was in good condition. However, a big issue is is that the TVs did not work in bedroom or living room. In fact, the wires were not even attached. I called the front desk and eventually they got the living room TV to work. The front desk said they would call "engineer" to fix the TVs in the rooms. That never happened. It did not dawn on me when booking this place, that there will not be a traditional TV. Meaning we would have to stream from our phones. That's fine...except the wireless strength is crap in the building. It's lower vs. if we just used cellular. I get saving money with the TV to stream from our phones...but you should have decent wireless option for guests.

Room was spacious and pool/gym was a bonus. It was a close walking distance to Bourbon St. There is a nice restaurant on site with friendly staff. There is a Common House area where different events are held. While we were there, they had trivia night and NYE party. The only thing that can be improved is access to hot showers. Within 5min, the shower becomes cold.

We stayed at this hotel for the Ole Miss / Georgia game and it was great! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the stadium and 15 minutes or so to the French Quarter. There are also so many cute restaurants and shops around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had a small issue with the tv in our room. Would definitely stay here again!

This was not just a room--it was an entire apartment, complete with full kitchen appliances and a washer-dryer. Everything was spotless. The WiFi and thermostat worked perfectly. The bed was so comfortable. And the staff was SO friendly and helpful, especially the main concierge, Chester. The restaurant was convenient, there is a pool and exercise room.
