Nice room. Very clean. Close to downtown Bremerton and the Seatle Ferry. The only issue was there was no ironing board or iron in the room. If you needed to iron something you had to use a tiny ironing board and iron in the hall laundry facility.

I awarded 3 stars but it's really more like 3.5. Parking was poor. Lots of noisy car and motorcycle traffic. On the other hand, the room was well furnished (but smaller than I expected) and the kitchen area was nice. Free washer and dryer down the hallway. For whatever reason, checkout was very slow. The manager said there were problems with Expedia. No surprise there.

Rented for 2 nights with my son in July 2024. Communication was good for check-in as this is a condo style building with rental units. Our unit had dirty dishes in the sink, unclean counters no bedding and only a small window with no AC. The manager came and agreed it was unacceptable and helped us move our belongings back out to the car. I was told I would get a refund and received approx 2/3. The accountant who I was directed to discuss the remaining refund did not return my message.

What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room is suitable up to 400 sq ft but the room is almost 500 sq ft. When we visited here during the heat wave, it did not do a good job of cooling the room. What I do like: - Room itself is beautiful and filled with modern appliances and esthetics. It was clean and the small kitchen was super useful. - The best aspect is its location with walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The boardwalk is nice for taking a stroll and watching boats sail by. The ferry to Seattle is also right by this place so it’s super convenient to be able to get to that side of town. - There is a mini grocery store on-site with an abundance of items at reasonable prices. Overall, I give this place 3 stars. I think once the transition is complete, most of the problems I mentioned should get fixed.

This is set up as an extended stay Larger frig, pot/pans, dishes, etc. Bring a hairdryer- It was quiet.no grocery in walking distance, but there is a convenience store downstairs . They did ask me to take out my own trash?? Seldom a front desk agent.

Pet Friendly. The stay itself was ok. The room was nice and clean. They barely staff the front desk, so very difficult to take care of any problems. We reserved a king suite, but for a queen room. (I'm assuming it was a queen room, there is no way that was a King size bed) Could never find anyone at the front desk, so just dealt with it. TV never worked. Again couldn't find anyone at the front desk. Just dealt with it. Parking was horibble and $20 per night, but that's pretty much everywhere in that area. Can't say I'd stay tin that area again.

Little to no housekeeping. No iron for clothes. In-unit AC was terribly loud making sleeping impossible while on. No body at the front desk. Unreachable via phone or email. Charged me about $30 more than my booking and never provided a receipt.
