Front Desk Check-In: During my stay, the check-in process was slower than expected, despite two staff members being present at the front desk. I observed that only one person was actively assisting guests, the person was there just chitchatting as if there wasn’t a line, they were also dressed as if going to a basketball game and not proper work attire .
The bathtub in my room was clogged with hair and failed to drain properly. Another guest in the lobby reported the same issue. I was informed that the issue would be addressed first thing in the morning, since this was a housing issue .
The room carpet was visibly stained and in need of professional cleaning. Additionally, the sofa bed required a new mattress, as the existing one was uncomfortable as you can feel every spring .
Upon arrival, the room did not have sufficient linen for the three adults I had indicated during the reservation process. I had to call the front desk to request additional linen, which was later delivered by a staff member.
The sign in the laundry room instructed guests to ask the front desk for detergent. However, upon inquiry, I was informed that it was the guest's responsibility to provide their own. I suggest that you either provide detergent for guests or update the signage to reflect the current situation. .
while I have enjoyed my stays at your hotel in the past, my recent experience has left me disappointed.
