Ashley at the Front Desk and Mike J at the valet parking were both extremely kind and helpful. Excellent service and a lovely hotel. The glass of wine in the lobby upon arrival was also very nice. A very good hotel experience.

Staff was fine, polite and apologetic about too many issues to merit this hote withl a positive review. Rooms phones unable to make any outgoing calls; other guests leaving their dogs alone for many hours, thus afraid and constantly barking. While I felt so sorry for the poor dogs, this hotel failed to provide peace and quiet to it's guests. Rooms furnished with worn, rather shabby stuff.

Upon check-in Mannie upgraded us to a beautiful corner room. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they were very sweet to our dogs even providing us poop bags. And on top of it all they served wine during happy hour. The neighborhood is full of fun restaurants and bars. We loved our experience here!
