long story short everything in our bathroom was not working... I called front desk and they said they were busy but they would send someone to fix it when they can. so we waited. which ended up being multiple days of waiting. my fiance and I are really reserved, have massive social anxiety, and don't want to bother people especially with something that was already brought to staffs attention. so after days of going elsewhere to go to the bathroom and not being able to shower (one of those days being new years). I eventually had to push through massive anxiety and physically go to the front desk and explain everything. they said they had no clue that there was even a problem and that someone would be down to fix it by 3:30pm. around 6pm someone finally came to work on it. they were in the bathroom for a good 45 minutes "fixing it". toilet water was everywhere but yes the toilet did work, and the shower still didn't drain or have hot water. so I call the front desk to see if someone could at least come clean it. Bridget was who I spoke with and told me housekeeping has gone home for the day and offered to move us into a different room and she apologized for that not being done in the first place. when I told her the whole story she was kind enough to comp us one extra night. she was amazing and very kind. I really do think we should have at the very least been compensated with 4 extra days considering we couldn't utilize the most important part of our room for the most of our

I stayed at the property after an international overnight flight and need to catch another one next morning. Very tired I desperately want to go to bed and sleep right away when I got there around 8pm. However, guessing the guest above my room is a big+busy guy since I constantly heard heavy steps every few minutes. I explained my situations and the front desk young lady is very considerate: she changed my downstair room to an upper level one and I was able to have a very good and early sleep!

Room was dirty. Someone left some sort of pills in the AC unit. Water would switch from cold to hot to cold to hot every 30 seconds. Random loud noises kept me up. I had to leave early and go else where.

Management is not available if problems arrive during your stay, especially if you come on a weekend. Front desk is helpless, cannot contact anyone, and have no answers or ideas about how to solve problems. They will tell you to simply leave and call the manager for a refund, who will tell you that you’re SOL. Upon check in at midnight we were informed that they didn’t have cribs. We searched for our own alternative solutions, but due to the time of night, we were unable to go purchase accommodations. They only have 5 cribs on property so I imagine it’s not hard for them to run out, and they will not inform you that they ran out even if you list on your reservation that you need it. We were offered no helpful alternatives or access to a manager for stay solutions. Despite trying our hardest to honor our end of the reservation, we were literally unable to stay due to safety concerns for our infant. We were told to keep calling for a refund (without a schedule of when management would be available, so we had to stress all weekend trying to hunt them down). When I finally got a hold of management, she was rude and compared my child not suffocating or falling during the night to requesting an ocean view (which on top of safety and injury not be comparable to wanting a luxurious scenery, cribs were possible and an ocean view is not! As if this place were nice enough for that. 🙃) They can’t even cancel other nights without the absent manager. Good luck!

All the taps in the room, bath and sink, only let out hot water no matter which way the knobs are turned. There is a very loud rumbling noise that sounds like it's coming from a room over. The wifi password does not work.

Horrible. Locked out of room most nights and had to get help to get in, no hot water all but one night. Had to extend stay and they took my things out of my room and put them all, including wet items, in the basement in a bag with a pile of other “lost and found”, then ended up leaving early out of frustration the last evening, was unable to shower, and had wet smelly clothes to wear on my 35 h journey to Thailand. Ugh. Do not stay here!

I have flown to or through SeaTac many times, but I had never stayed in this Quality Inn before. This was quite a find for me. In the future whenever I am flying to or through SeaTac, I will always check this hotels availability and price. The shuttle to and from the airport is very efficient and convenient. The hotel had everything I needed--WiFi, refrigerator, microwave, a simple but adequate breakfast, and even a small fitness center.

The room and bathroom were clean. The 1st floor (where I stayed) smelled really moldy and there was a lot of fresh paint on the hallway walls. These odors and VOCs made it unpleasant to breathe. There was a sheer missing from a 2-sheer-needing window. The curtain was dangling at one end because of broken clips on the mount and missing connector on the curtain. The beverage machine on the 2nd floor cannot accept credit cards device is broken), only bills and coins, which is a bummer because the front desk doesn't handle cash. The breakfast was okay. Would have appreciated cream cheese for the bagels, peanut butter for the toast, and whipped cream and or fruit topping for the waffles. The make your own waffles are really good. The coffee setup is perfect. Especially appreciate the liquid creamers. Yogurt would be a wonderful addition to the breakfast. Front desk was nice but seemed complacent. The construction and half -furnished areas throughout made it feel a little like a building trying to be a grown up establishment.
