"This property was not good at all for us. The parking was so small and with an SUV is impossible to park. The apartment had a moldy smell and the fact that there is no AC, only 1 portable unit for a 2 room apartment was not good for us or my family's health. Still trying to communicate with the property since they would not refund me the money although I was not able to stay there due to my son's health. Awful experience with managements and the facility. Will never go back "

"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. "Horrific place to stay this was not a 6,7, or an 8. It's more like a 1 or 2 if you are desperate. The ratings were very deceiving. The conditions of the outside were a joke.The entire place needs a make-over. There were two homeless crack heads right outside and a pimp waiting in the car, playing loud music with his lady of the night trying to check in. One look at the room, and my wife and I drove to Bellevue. I would never recommend this place. The best way to see is to check in is at 8pm -10 pm. You will see for yourself that the area of Seatac is scary. That place was it is not for me. "

"My family stayed at this hotel, we checked in changed my son left a charger and my Apple Watch charging. The door to our room was not working so we let the front desk know and left. When we came back my Apple Watch was missing along with my charger. We told the front desk and they said they would check with the staff and review the cameras. They never contacted us over what happened to my belongings. I’ve called and no answer. Overall very bad service."

"I was not sure what to expect but this was one of my better stays. Conveniently located and newer hotel. The staff were friendly, restaurant had good meals/great drinks at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and included in cost of stay. I did not use the pool but it looked nice, if a bit small. Coffee at coffee shop was good and nice to have when heading out for day. The beds were literally heavenly and so soft. I slept so sound the entire time. Noise was very limited. The exec chair was comfy too! Loved it. My only complaint was parking. One night was booked and we had to park on very top level of a nearby parking garage (apartment complex) and go down many flights of stairs in the dark and cold after a long day. Charging $20 a night for parking and not having adequate parking spaces for guests is why I gave 4 stars and not 5. However, this is a great hotel and would definitely stay again! Love the beds!!"

"Room was clean, Sucks that they've had only one elevator out of 3 working for the past year and no plans to fix that so it's an issue when you go get breakfast or try to check out at the same time as other guests. Pool heater was broken and they said they did not know when that would be fixed. Bar staff in the morning must of been in a bad mood, I asked if they had a straw for my toddler, she replied yes so when I followed her back to the bar and waited then asked again she made a face and threw the straw on the counter. I would consider asking if some issues are taken care of next time I plan to book there. Which now would be a last option."
