「Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!」

「DON'T BOOK! The hotel was fake- address in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and disconnected phone number. It is just a test hotel. I was promised a refund by Expedia, still waiting. Also promised a reimbursement for the alternative reservations I had to make, still waiting on the email to get that started as well. We will see if Expedia comes through or not.」
