「I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. The weather was hot and we set the air conditioner at the lowest setting (67) but it did very little to lower the temperature. When I asked for a portable fan to use in our room I was informed none were...

「Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again.」

「A charming place with a nice restaurant, which was unfortunately only open on weekends. Coffee, too, was only available on 2 of the 5 days I stayed there and Index itself has little or no other amenities. I would suggest they put small coffee stations in the rooms!」
