Clean and quiet room. Close to UW and Seattle Pacific University. Some rooms have a detached bathroom but quite accessible. Parking is also ok. Kitchen is clean.

Arrived and the room was well prepared. Fan was available as A/C is not available at the location. Communal areas are well maintained and it is close to many useful locations for groceries and otherwise.

Fueron muy amables con el check in, la propiedad en buenas condiciones, baños y habitaciones limpias, no tuve complicaciones con el baño y la cocina compartidos debido a que no estaba llena la ocupación y algunas habitaciones tienen su propio baño. Cama y almohadas cómodas. La cocina solo me dio problema que las ollas se les pegaba todo, así que tuve que comprar una con teflon. Solo no me gustó en el check out que aún no eran las 11 en punto y ya me estaban tocando la puerta que “please check out”

Clean room, clean home. As mentioned in other reviews no TV and also no a/c. Wasn’t a big issue over night but pretty uncomfortable in the afternoon. I’d stay again.

It got incredibly hot as there is no a/c. There is a provided fan but it does not cool the room down much. They do not provide wash cloths but do provide hand towels which I found odd. Otherwise it was fine and the room was clean, but many normal hotel rooms are much better for the same or cheaper price.

The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel.

The room was clean and as described, with a double bed and a shared bathroom adjacent (I believe the property has a room with a private bathroom as well). It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I was assigned the same parking spot as another guest. This might have been a typo, and I sorted it out with the other guest because he was leaving earlier than I was. The owner responded after a few hours giving me a different parking spot, but the matter was resolved by then. Recommended!

Nice sparkling clean place. Hotel quality beds ,in safe east side of Haller lake neighborhood(not west side near the Aurora ave chaos(Hwy99).. has a full kitchen with all the appliances/cookware needed if travelers want tp prepare own meals. Have stayed mid week and have either been alone or had I or 2 of the other rooms occupied. This place is my go to choice when I need a night in Seattle and don't want to pay big $ but not sacrificing quality. Check in -front door entry codes + the code for room are quickly sent prior to self check in. Plenty of free parking + I designated spot given.Fast wifi.

If you are a couple with a car on a road trip, this is the place for you! There’s kitchen facilities and parking. Please don’t cook shellfish and leave the remains in the shared kitchen out to stink, though! If you are into walking and looking at culture in a place you are visiting, not for you. If you are looking to meet interesting people or have actual staff interaction also no. It’s fairly quiet - depending on other guests, shared bathroom so you have to bring your own hand towel to dry your hands. There’s not enough places to charge in the room or hooks or a bedside light. Parking is great. Public transport not convenient for this location- Seattle is great, but this isn’t Seattle (location or culture).
