This is a beautiful hotel with a great staff. You do not have to go far to find a staff member for help and /or inquiries. The Restaurants had excellent food and great pricing. The rooms were fabulous. We will be back for another weekend getaway.

Great place to stay. At the time pool was closed but it was clearly labeled ahead of time which is worth mentioning I like that. Communication is key. Previously we enjoyed the hot tub and will stay again when it is open hopefully during the summer. Slot machines at the casino are fun but definitely will leave you smelling like smoke anywhere you sit. Rooms are immaculate and no smoking look professional and up to date. Wifi easy to connect to and smart tv is up to date and easy to connect to have something to fall asleep to. EV charging available for free valet so car left charged up.

Hotel/Casino in general was above average. My issue stems from the fact that I booked this place for the pool/hot tub. Which was nice. However, without any notice they shut it down for two weeks for maintenance. So, nothing on their website or Expedia’s information about the hotel. It was quite disappointing. We understand that things happen but planned maintenance - that should have been up front. I would not have chosen to stay there and it really was not something that is easy to overlook. Couple of notes: the plumbing/pipes in our 9th floor room sounded like a hammer with every flush, which seemed odd for a new place. Beautiful pool room - since it was winter, only the indoor hottub was open - it was spacious but the dirt ring was a huge turn off. This NEEDS TO BE CLEANED EACH MORNING AND/OR EVE.
