「The shower is not work. And the chair is very duty. So bad.」

「The sheets in the bed had blood stains and dried poop on it. Didn’t see it till I layed on it. This all after I checked in at 1am and had to work in the morning. I was soo grossed out I could fall asleep. Even though the front desk person came to see it, I did not even get a call from management to even apologize. Checked out and went to stay at another hotel for the rest of the my stay in Bilings. And to think that I paid money for a room like that?. And as if that wasn’t enough, someone tried...

「Checkin was crazy given the keys for a wrong room. Place could use some updates」

「The staff was good, it has kitchen, living room and bed room. However, it smell bad inside, no screen on bedroom window, the hot tub was not working, either too hot or fully cold, no water if set in the middle. Every furniture is pretty old. Will never stay 2nd time.」

「Hotel is in middle of town, which made everything in walking distance. The room was gorgeous. we thought the ac wasn’t working and left a message with the front desk but they never responded. Room never got over 72 so it was ok. Grumpy (he was actually very pleasant) showed us around. He helped us park because the streets weee definitely not made with a full size SUV in mind! The restaurant was amazing.」
