「Excellent location, clean, host ensured we had parking.」

「Booked to take my grandkids swimming. Friday 15th til Saturday 16th. Pool wasn't open Friday. So we had a quick swim early Saturday am. This was my treat to then. Friday was boring for them so i opened my room door and let them play with a sponge ball in the corner. 「Check-in was smooth. The room I was assigned too had a strong odor. Went back to front desk and was offered to change rooms, which I did. The new room was better; however, we quickly discovered that there was no hot water when we went to take a shower. Apparently, the entire building had no hot water. Hoping that they were not aware of the problem before providing a room change, because that should have been communicated to us, if that was the case. The room phone was not working as well.
