「Staff was wonderful, food and service was fantastic. Inn is quaint. That being said, our shower handle broke but they fixed it quickly but the handle in the sink was hard to move and couldn’t get hot water but they said they would be replacing. My room was upstairs so it was remodeled due to the 2025 fire but my friends room was downstairs and extremely musty. I mentioned this and was told the upper rooms were new and didn’t have the mildew smell. I have a lung issue and would not have been able...

「I cant see why this hotel has such a good rating. we stayed in 2 different rooms over 3 nights and first room had a funky smell to it with mould in the shower as well as on the bottom of the shower curtain. The second room also smelled bad and my wife found 2 bugs in the shower stall. The breakfast was good.」

「Interesting spot right near the falls and also steps from downtown strip. I think our experience could’ve been quite different if we had a different room at the facility. We were in the lower level of the separate two-story building and it was rather damp and there was literally water on the floor in the hallway seeping up through the floorboards.
