「Overall I would say our stay at the inn was less than satisfactory. For the $230 I paid for two nights I was expecting a lot more from the room, the hotel, and the included breakfast. The window AC unit was in dire need of a cleaning and/or replacement as it was filled with black mold. The bed was absolutely the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my entire life, not including that there were only 3 deflated pillows on the bed - for two people? The bathroom seemed okay at first but upon further...

「The staff was good, it has kitchen, living room and bed room. However, it smell bad inside, no screen on bedroom window, the hot tub was not working, either too hot or fully cold, no water if set in the middle. Every furniture is pretty old. Will never stay 2nd time.」

「Great little gem of a hotel! We got a great deal that exceeded all expectations. The Lift Line suite was roomy with comfortable beds. The property has lots of things to do, clean pool (but cold!) and two hot tubs. The resort restaurant, The Shovel Handle, has excellent food and service. The location of the property itself can't be beat. A great stay, 10/10!」

「so the room was fantastic, and of all the beds i slept in while travelling in Ontario, and there were many, lol, this was by far the best nights sleep i had, bar none. one other thing, i was really late getting there and the young lady at the front stayed after her shift was over to make sure i got in ok, that is the kind of thing you don't see often and i was so grateful! will most definitely be back next year, but for a few more days.」
