"早機到。詢問能否提早入住時其中一位前台態度很差。 酒店那幾天有大型會議。非常擁擠。乘電梯要等10分鐘。 寄了快遞請酒店代收。包裹不知所終。員工也一直推卸責任。直到我退房那一天才找到但對我來說已經太晚了。"

"A hotel with lots of historical background. Apart from the hotel, Old Town is full of historical vibes. Certainly an amazing experience with the hotel staff’s help, everything is just perfect apart from the freezing weather outside"

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."

"房間內的傢俱不齊全，有椅子，居然沒桌子，浴室有很多飛蟲不知從哪裡冒出來，搬運行李的工作人員每個都不是小心搬運行李，全部都用摔的方式在搬行李，真的從來沒有看過，整體而言，這間飯店糟透了👎"

"Location is prefect, highly recommend. Staff service is good. The temperature of water is not hot enough. So far, I still recommend this hotel."
