"This is a great building with spacious rooms, especially with the extra high ceilings. The common area on the second floor creates a second lobby of sorts, and has interesting art and furniture. If you're looking for a nice place at a reasonable cost, give this historic spot a try."

"The hotel was super cute! Nicely decorated. A small stream runs behind the property. Beds were super comfortable. Great coffee. My only very small issues were 1, the use of a very strong smelling cleaner/ disinfectant, very overwhelming. And the shower, while nice it was very awkward, slightly small. Other than that, great location, close to downtown and some fun little restaurants near by. "

"Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !"
