「The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. 「The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo.」

「So this property said access to lake but access was nine blocks. The carpet in our room was very stained very gross. Old building not what we were expecting.」

They did try fixing it but couldn't get it fixed so no tv for my stay there. It would have been nice to go to a room with a working tv. Other than that it was an OK stay.」

「Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful if not for them I would not have stayed. The hallway to the rooms was disgusting and smelled like a wet dog or a carpet cleaner didnt dry after it attempted to clean...the room had carpets so disgusting I made the kids sit on the beds after I noticed the black feet toilet had pee all over the seat and back...bathroom door has a hole kicked in it window was falling apart fridge was warm at best and the top of the closet has probly never been cleaned...

「The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. There is no elevator, and I had my 91 year old father with me. The hotel had us in a second floor room, but my dad was so tired from traveling that we asked if there was a first floor room they could change us to. The staff helped us out by moving us downstairs which was so appreciated. The room was quiet through the night. We had breakfast in the morning- same type as most hotels- cereal, yogurt, waffles, breads, meat and eggs. I would definitely...
