Great free breakfast, down the strip 14 blocks but the price is 1/4 compared to other places to stay on Sherman st. Only $8-10 uber to the resort. Comfy beds , clean sheets. Staff very friendly!

Great location - we were just a few blocks away from the amazing July 4th parade and the very cool downtown and resort area. The property is a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff were extremely accommodating. We make frequent trips to Coeur d'alene and this is the hotel I will look at first when we return. Highly recommended.

Big spacious room designed for ADA. Nice try though a bit short. Tub had no seat and had a fairly tall step. Material positioned outside the main entrance was an indicator of planned renovations. Location was quiet though close to I-90. Convenient for our purpose though pricey considering the breakfast quality and the condition of the room. Room was clean though dated and showing signs of wear. Towel hook was pulled off the bathroom door. Shower head flange ring was not tight against the wall. Weak flushing toilet clogged though was quickly repaired by staff. Some coat hangers were missing cross bars. Breakfast was adequate though a bit spartan. Coffee station was located in the lobby for the breakfast room. Eggs, sausage links waffles and some fruit - bananas and apples.

Yes it was cheep and only $15 extra per night for the dog but they put you in the basement level if you have a pet. Carpets are filthy, our room less the carpet was clean and the bed was great. Rooms are noisy if anyone is above you, very noisy but the area is quiet. We did see some families enjoying the pool, it looked clean. Breakfast is the least of any value hotel I have stayed at in the area, steamed sausage, microwave eggs, waffle machine, some cereal, some apples and bread for toast and it was the exact same everyday for 4 days in a row. No yogurt, no milk cartons, no hard boiled eggs, no psalteries.
