Perfect Location and Family Owned

Family owned and they pour their hearts into this wonderful property! The location is terrific: pet friendly, Tubbs Hill is a couple minutes away, 5 minute walk to the dog park, easy walk to anywhere in the downtown area!

Great location to downtown area. Easily walked to shops, restaurants, coffee and bakery. Room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Loved that we were able to back right up to our room for easy and convenient loading and unloading. Our room had two comfortable recliners which was appreciated.

Family roadtrip stop

Location was perfect and staff was wonderful! Having an assigned spot right in front of our room was great for unloading/loading. It was also nice for the pups too, no stairs to go up/down and grassy areas just outside of the property.

Really can’t ask for a better location. It’s right on the edge of the main downtown area and minutes walk to the water front. I especially like the parking set up- right outside your door. It’s got old school Route 66 charm and though not full of the usual amenities it’s a great place to call it a night after spending all day visiting the area.

Amazing stay at an iconic motel that’s been around since the 50s!! The themed rooms are great and super clean!! Staff is amazing and you’re walking distance to everything downtown cda has to offer!!

Old School motor court - pull up to your hotel room door style. If it is all about location then Flamingo is the perfect spot, less than 10 minutes walking to all of downtown CD’A. Motel is dated, tattered, and old, but has charm for the area. Room was clean and stocked with all the necessities for a short 2 night stay. Nothing special, but was our best option for our visit to CD’A.
