「We love staying at The Collector and have several times. It is always very clean and well kept. It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great. The pool is a welcoming relief after walking all day through the shops and historical sites.」

「We have stayed at this inn for the past 5 years, and we love it; however, we were shocked to find out when we arrived that they are no longer offering breakfast and drink vouchers to those who book through Expedia or any other third party. This was very disappointing, as it was always a nice perk we looked forward to when staying at the Casablanca Inn. That aside, the location and historic charm is great.」

「This is a hotel that is now really run down. The room smelled stale. The windows are permanently sealed. The shower did not work properly. The plugs are in weird places. The gym is run down and shabby. The elevators are under repair. The service in the bar was slow. The whole place just feels tired and musty. I am lazy and generally do not write reviews but this place needs a wake up call.」
