Staff said that she probably had another hairdryer in the office and we could come and get it later. She did not inquire as to how the television was working nor if we had an OK working hairdryer. Also, the phone charger did not work as the plug on the wall near the bedroom lights was faulty"

"We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus."

"Breakfast was less than average. It is not to order you get what they are serving. It was crepe with fruit cocktail in it, literally must have been canned fruit cocktail. Then scrambled eggs on sausage and one bacon and potatoes none of which were good. The room was clean but the pillows and bed were very hard and the bathroom was so tiny. I know its and old building but the restaurant and bar area needs the carpet replaced and an old sofa removed and replaced as it smells musty. We did not have dinner there. The staff was nice so no complaints there. Great location."
