"Charge extra when you get there. Rooms below average. Staff was horribly slow at check-in and check-out. Most everything for breakfast was out of order, probably remains that way. Electrical outlets seemed like fire hazards"

"What a pleasant surprise. This hotel from the staff, to the lobby/kitchen area, to our room, was wonderful. Clean, comfortable beds, variety at breakfast. Very very nice. "

"Beautiful hotel directly on the beach, lovely pool and excellent breakfast. Only gripe was when we returned late we had no towels at all and no body wash in the shower, but would stay again if in the area. "

"The hotel needs some attention and updates. Our room was filthy with sticky floors, hair all along the floor of the bathtub and in the tub itself and on the shower curtain. The top bedspread had not been washed and smelled like body odor. The door lock would work randomly and was a pain to get into the room. The luggage carts are broken or falling apart. I have never had an experience like this at any Hampton Inn & Suites and they are my preferred chain when traveling. Very disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of this hotel. "
