It’s disheartening to witness a once-thriving place now in a state of disrepair."

We tried to cancel our reservation, but the desk clerk was not authorized to help us, and Expedia deferred to the desk clerk at the property. The only good things to say is the AC worked, and there was hot water in the shower."
