「Clean room, good breakfast」

「So disappointed with the customer service regarding a double booking that was done as I was suffering from medical conditions. A resort with such high standards yet very poor customer support to meet halfway or even pay difference of rooms for new reservations. I asked to speak with general manager for resort and was unfortunately denied as I got no call back. Though the booking was done through Expedia in the end this resort gave final say on whether to refund or partial refund or meet us...

I booked with Expedia and checking in was a nightmare right off the bat. They were apparently fully booked, but they placed me in their last room for “emergency.” Pretty sure they kicked out one of their “workers” last minute to accommodate.
