「Despite being fully booked they gave people extended check outs. Therefore the room type we booked was not ready on time and we had to be put in a different room. They even had the nerve to call it an upgrade even though it books for the same price. The property has lots of homeless hanging around. 「Arrived and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Then was given another room the door know broke and door lock didn't work only the safety lock. Refrigerator lamp were dirty and ice bucket had unknown red substance it. We checked in at 230 am so was too tired to do anything. The next morning the desk clerk apologized and advised the mamsger would be in in a few hours. Called back several hours and manager still was not in. Was advised it would be better to email」

The only negative, though did not bother me - this hotel is part of a Harley Davidson store & entertainment venue, so there was a live band playing outside about 75 feet from my room. I enjoyed the music, though was unexpected and might annoy others.」
