"We really enjoyed our recent stay at El Caribe. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and we especially loved the comfortable beds and the variety of pillows provided. While the property is on the older side, it is great to see the ongoing updates. Every member of your staff, including the maintenance team, was extremely friendly and helpful. We also wanted to share a special mention for the check-in desk team—the ladies were absolutely amazing, and there was a gentleman there who was very funny and made us feel welcome. The location is excellent, and while the grocery store across the street was under renovation, having a Publix just up the road was very convenient. Thank you again for a wonderful stay."

"Pool and Hot Tub were great. Tiki Bar was closed for three days due to rain. Then on day 4 it closed at 2pm. The Donuts were great but this place should have a restaurant and a bar that doesnt close due to bad weather. "

"Pool was only heated on the weekend, Viking cafe was not open, not allowed to swim in the outdoor pool because it was broken (fixed after 4 days of our stay but we were told it would be fixed on the day we checked in), ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go down to the main office to get some since rooms weren’t taken care of except our last day out of a 7 night stay"

"Positives: balcony room, facing the ocean, the view and location are perfect. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Cons: fridge was disgusting and smelly - we couldn’t use it, the general smell of the hotel was disgusting. There were carpets in the hallways. Lots of weed smoking happening ("

"The rooms were clean and the pool area was neat and orderly. I loved the location to the beach and the staff was very helpful. I wish the breakfast was a little healthier but it was always stocked. Overall I feel it was a very very good choice for us to stay. "

"The room was very clean with a good set up. The view was fabulous - you can see ocean for miles! The hot tub is small and hard to get time to use because it's always full and a lot of people don't heed the 15 minute limit to give others a chance. The pool was very nice."
