We had booked else where it was totally unacceptable. We booked the Nautilus at the last minute. It was so nice and comfortable. All of the staff was very friendly. There are some remodeling going on but never even noticed. Totally top notch and we plan to visit again.

The stay here was fantastic, We had the Oceanfront King. The room was clean the staff was friendly. I Stay in hotels often for work and we vacation different places frequent and i will say this was great. The view and beach access were great we walked home from dinner on the beach and were able to walk into the hotel with the beach access. The only downside is they don't currently offer breakfast which we knew beforehand so there was no expectation. The hot tub had a issue that i addressed with the front desk and they gave a very plausible explanation that it had been windy and could've blew the pilot light out. Then the next night we saw people down there so i presume they fixed it promptly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

An Amazing Experience! First, I would like to mention the freshness scent front the desk, to the elevator and then to my room was outstanding. The ambiance was so pretty and comfortable. Second, my view to the ocean was so rewarding. Third, was even more gratifying, I wasn’t feeling well, departed and forgot some personal items in my room. And, the items were turned in, front desk tried to reach me but, since I didn’t recognize the number I didn’t answer. Luckily, they left a message. But, it was too late to return. So, I arranged to pick up the items the following day. Excellent customer service and housekeeping. Kudos! To the entire staff.

The overall stay was OKAY. Heres an honest review from Dec 2025 ... Pros : close to the beach , beach access and affordable room Cons: we seen 2 roaches , one roach downstairs and one roach in our room in the bathroom. Atleast no bed bugs were here. Although they advertise a pool they refuse to change the temperature on it to match the temperature outside . They said it didnt work and then said they dont turn it on until the middle of January... so basically they lied... there were 10-15 people all sitting around the pool but no one could get in the pool because the water was freezing cold...the jacuzzi is so small that once a few people are in it you cant get in ... Also the cleaning staff is severely underpaid and understaffed . There were days where because of holidays or weekend visits they announced you wouldnt be able to get cleaning services, but if your charging me for a pool and cleaning services then i should get what im paying for OR the price of this hotel should be lowered smh. Lastly the fornt desk receptionist that works during the day was so rude and nasty she actually talked about customers right in front of us smh. The night staff however were very kind and nice. And so was the cleaning crew and maintenance. But that front desk lady attitude is going to run everyone away smh.

The room was OK. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. Minimal dishes, no frying pan no potholders. The refrigerator was very old and extremely noisy. We were disappointed that the coffee bar and breakfast treats were closed for renovation. No other coffee was offered. We had one sleepless night because it was very windy and there was a gutter or something banging all night long. The view was fantastic! The staff was very nice!
