「Staff not friendly nor accommodating at all. We had rain for two days and every time we went to front desk for questions they seemed bothered. They didn't offer anything special since we couldn't use the outdoor faciloties. Other resorts get creative to keep everyone happy due to bad weather. Pretty place, bad people. 」

「This historic hotel is right downtown in the best location for walking around. The pool and hot tub were a nice reprieve from the heat and we could head right back out into town. St Augustine is a beautiful, fun town and we were glad to stay in a hotel that matched the Spanish, historic feel. Definitely recommend staying here.」

「Room was spacious and clean. Great location, quick walk to main tourist areas and cute cafes and shops in the other direction as well. The gym was also very clean and spacious.」

「I live locally & have been to the adorable very secluded bar many times. Stayed for first time w friend one night, change of scenery. So fun! Staff is impeccable. Grounds are gorgeous. Breakfast included. Valet. Walk to literally everything (that's how I found it years ago). History everywhere. Water close by. Outdoor dining everywhere. You won't be disappointed.」
