"From check-in to check-out, the 4 staff members that I dealt with were considerate, professional, polite, respectful and helpful in all things. The room was very clean with the appropriate amount of amenities and the A/C ran reasonably quiet while in use. The included breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of selection. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and could have used a bit more padding between the “support system”and the bottom sheet for a firm but smooth mattress experience. The frame holding the bed (or the metal encasing the frame) was loose and a bit noisy. My overall experience was enjoyable with these suggestions provided for some improvements to bring the rating to excellent."
