「The staff was friendly and inviting. The lobby area was clean and an open layout with plenty to do. The room was clean and well maintained. The only negative thing I could list on my visit is that the elevator was jerky and did not operate smoothly.」

「Stained mattress covers, bug shell casings in the bed, requested refund and had to jump through hoops to get it. Beautiful area around hotel but I would pick any of the other surrounding hotels to stay at instead of this one. You have to use valet and there is an extra $30 charge to park and use it.」

「This property is Very Doggie. Room had a foul doggie smell. Not that I hate dogs but should not be allowed on all floors.」

「Rooms are outdated. Wallpaper in the bathroom peeling, furniture had chips. Pool closed. Even the arcade games ate your money and you couldn’t play.」
