聖奧古斯丁高爾夫飯店，旅行前必看！

「Casa Mónica is a great place to stay at because of the location and staff. Property needs to be refurbished. Rugs are dirty. Ceiling and walls have cracks. Shower makes a lot of noise and hot water doesn’t really get that hot. Stayed next to the elevator and it was extremely noisy. Can also hear all the noise going on outside. Definitely not what it used to be especially for the prices being paid. Really a shame.」

「This place is extremely run down. Carpet was torn up in common areas such as the billiards room, water and mildew stains around building and pool deck area, the hotub was broken (sign saying it was unsafe for guests) which the front desk did not tell us about when we first checked in and when we went to ask about it they had no idea it was even down, the bedroom curtains had red stains on them and were broken, the pillows did not have pillowcases, the food options were poor, frozen Cheney...

「I would love to give five stars because this hotel has a lot to like: location by the beach, very clean lobby and bedrooms. Spacious rooms with balcony overseeing the ocean. Nice restaurants around and very close to st Augustine activities yet away from chaos of downtown. The only thing that was disappointing was the staff. No one seems happy to work there and no one tries to help at the front desk at least. We still enjoyed the stay.」

「Beautiful hotel. Staff was fast and friendly. Only issue was our shower wasn’t the cleanest and I didn’t notice until was already in there. The shower floor croaks when you stand on it. Breakfast, despite being standard, did not taste good. Room service did no trash removal when they came in. FYI parking is $20 a night.」
