「Very cute hotel. Staff pleasant and as helpful as they could be. Unfortunately our a/c unit was either full blast or off. Room was freezing. Consulted front desk and was told to use a plug in heater to warm room up. Control panel on unit was non functional. Maintenance was aware and stated that part was on order. Not sure why anyone would be placed in this room. The bed was not comfortable, slid on platform and was hard. Outside traffic and train noise could be heard all night.」

「There was no hot water in our room. We were told at the desk that the water needed to run for 10 minutes or more in order for it to become hot. Well, my wife ended up taking a shower for more than 10 minutes in for the entire time. It was cold and then I jumped in the shower after that in the whole shower was cold. So that would be our biggest complaint.」

「We absolutely fell in love with the Bayfront Westcott House! From the minute we walked in Sandy welcomed us with a warm smile . The room had two balconies overlooking Marine st . It truly was a charming home with the perfect combination of modern amenities! We especially enjoyed delicious breakfast and happy hour. This will definitely be our place to escape to every time we want to getaway. Fyi parking is only few short blocks from the house. Absolutely loved our stay」

「We recently stayed at this hotel on Vilano Beach and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a cute, affordable place to stay with easy beach access, this is definitely worth considering.
