It also had a very strong smell, which smelled frankly like death or bodily decay. We left our things in the room but went down to the front desk to report it. They changed our room, gave us a key and told us to retrieve our things from 325. We went straight back up to 325, no staff followed in the elevator to assist or anything, just me and my kids.
