Beautiful b&b. The staff always went above and beyond. Breakfasts were truly amazing. Can’t say enough about Kenwood Inn and Pat. We’ll definitely visit again.

The property and staff were amazing. We have stayed at other B&B's in the area and they were great but The Kenwood Inn was definitely a step or 2 above the others. The breakfasts were very good and there was a variety of things to eat. We also loved the evening wine before going out to dinner. The pool was also a nice addition after being out in the heat all day as you don't usually have a pool at B&B's.This was absolutely wonderful. She was a great person to have a conversation with and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She even went as far as making reservations for us. She listen to what we liked doing and gave us great options of places to go. The owners were on vacation but I can tell by their staff and how much they enjoy their jobs that they must be wonderful people. Thank you again Thia for the wonderful weekend with my Daughters. We will definitely be back. :)

We got the third floor with my husband and 2 daughters and it was the perfect size. The location is within walking distance to everything. Pat the owner is on site in the weekends and is fantastic. The breakfast is phenomenal. They have a wine and dessert hour. Pat helped set up cake and champagne for my husbands birthday which was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing Stay!

My husband & I stayed at the Kenwood Inn for 4 nights and 5 days. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally with a smile by Pat. The Inn had an old world charm, and the room we stayed in was beautiful. It was clean and run by friendly and extremely accommodating staff. The 3-course breakfast was delicious every single morning, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Great shopping, historical sites, and restaurants were all within walking distance which was really convenient! We cannot wait for our next stay!

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem wundervollen Hotel verbracht. Der Service und das Personal sind wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird frisch und individuell zubereitet, und es wird auf der Terrasse serviert. Es gibt kostenlos Kaffee, Tee, Limonade und nachmittags selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Ein perfektes Hotel für eine wunderschöne und sehenswerte Stadt.

Great location in old St Augustine, the Kenwood is within a short walk to many attractions. The history of the Kenwood makes it an attraction in itself. The staff is superb, they went above and beyond at every turn; from recommendations for great dining to attractions and tours, they made all the necessary arrangements. We will visit them again.

Amazing surprise in downtown St Augustine

My wife and I have been coming to St Augustine for 5+ years, but we're beach people and usually stay in that area. We had our typical beach rental set up, but decided to come down a night early and we chose the Kenwood Inn for our stay. Pat took our phone calls in advance to verify check in instructions (we arrived after the desk was closed), and she did so with a personal touch every time. When we arrived, I didn't realize I could park in front of the house, so I got turned around looking for the parking lot and she came up to the main house to keep my wife company in the meantime. As soon as I saw her, the first thing she did was hug us and welcome us to the property. She had taken the time to set up a pack and play for our son to sleep in, and made sure that we had our monitor properly set up so that we could spend some time outside that night relaxing after the drive. The following morning, we were served with a great breakfast of eggs Benedict and granola. Both were wonderfully prepared. The Kenwood Inn is a GREAT option in downtown, and was very reasonably priced compared to other options. I would highly recommend it to any other potential visitors. Pat is a great representative of St Augustine, and the city is lucky to have her.
