The best thing about the property is the location. Its right on the beach, with downtown St. Augustine a very short trip away. The hotel is on the Trolley Tour stop which makes time in the Old Town easy and convenient for a reasonable fee. The worst thing about the property is the mandatory valet parking!!!

Management, directors and front desk staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I noticed the cleanliness in the courtyard and around the pool has improved greatly since last year. The bartenders are awesome and friendly.

Great location: close to historic St Augustine, trolley stop in front, walkable and good restaurants nearby. There is a $40 valet parking fee and no self parking
