The cleaning staff could do a better job floor were dirty, the shower had soap residue was in the soap dish in the shower and the beds were poorly made. 1 bed was made the other was not.

The pool and hot tub were both broken. They gave us free breakfast to compensate. The carpet on the 4th floor seemed to be overlaid on previous carpet. It was difficult for the wheelchair to move over it. The bed height was not easily accessible in the handicapped room.

The room was okay but the building is dirty. Dirty carpet in the hallways, old dirty furniture. The pool area had a nice clean layout but the jacuzzi was cold. The bathroom was old and shower heads desperately need to be replaced. I will never rebook

The ice bucket had dried residue in it and smelled like vomit. I took it to the front desk and no apology was given, she just said someone could bring me another one. The ice machine did not work and had to call to see where I had to go to get ice.

Quiet and clean! Plenty of parking. Front desk responsive to all needs. Didn’t eat there but ice machine worked and room refrigerator was large and handy. Booked this hotel because it said it had a bar and restaurant, well it didn’t!! Wasn’t happy about that.. then in the next morning got woken up at 7am to the fire alarms going off.. glad they worked but was a false alarm had to wait about 40 minutes to go off by the fire department.. over all was ok
