The breakfast menu was good. Our room smelled bad. We think it was coming from the shower drain. Garbage with left with food in our room. It was difficult parking several blocks away. You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. We were afraid to go out in the hallway. The owner was apologetic but didn’t offer any reimbursement due to the smell or left garbage.

I got so lucky to stay in one of their really nice rooms. So beautiful and perfectly located to everything. Easy walk to the Main Street and shops. Absolutely LOVED it and would be back again!

Breakfast was fabulous as was the location. Easy 5 minutes or less walk to a lot of attractions. Nice welcome email with door codes and WiFi password. The front door code wasn’t working so I could not access the interior of the building. I called the number on the front door and Kim talked me thru an alternate way to access my room. It was fixed by the night before I checked out. The B and B was recently purchased by new owners who I’m sure are working out some stuff. I would stay here again. Nice staff and other guests.

Parking at arrival to unload can be difficult; there’s very little room on that narrow street. Parking afterwards in the lot is easy but 4 blocks away and inconvenient to drag your luggage that far. The rooms themselves are great, very charming; the owners very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing and freshly cooked. The only thing disappointing was that the Inn’s hot water boiler capacity seems limited, and I had a hard time filling up that lovely jacuzzi in the room (which was a big selling point!)… it was mostly cold/lukewarm water only.

Love this place …. Quant, simple very clean. It’s right in the middle of everything so very convenient for exploring and walking around. It has changed ownership in the last week so there were a few little things like we had a hard time getting in our room with the lock system but everything else was great they have a homemade breakfast and the woman that does the cooking is an amazing chef, the food was outstanding. She is great. The beds are comfy.

We checked in on the first day of new owners so things were a little chaotic, understandably. The inn is charming and in a great location. Parking was included and everything was in walking distance. Maintenance and upgrades are needed, some were already in progress. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The best part of this stay was Kim, the chef, who prepared amazing breakfast dishes! She is sweet, talented and made the visit a wonderful experience!

Everything about the Spanish street Inn was nice, clean and had a warm ambiance to it. The owner and his staff were all nice and friendly. The owner has good taste in decorating the entire property, and was so humble and kind while we stayed over at the room Orchid for three nights during the New year's. There was a small hiccup where our door didn't unlock, however he came to have it fixed and made sure we were okay. Also, the breakfast were beautifully served. The property sits in the middle of the historic downtown, walkable, is a perfect spot and the people admire how quaint and charming it is. We will definitely come back!

This place is waaaaaay over priced. No one was in the office the entire stay. The room was sad and dingy. The ceiling fan did not work and there was no soap in the bathroom and no one to ask to get any. Very disappointed in this place. The photos make it look much nicer. The furniture is old and beat up. At half the price, I would still feel it was not worth the money. The location is central but there are lots of hotels that are less expensive, better service, nicer interior, and still within walking distance of the old town. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch — that was the only highlight.

Enjoyed our 1 nite stay. Pulled up to the inn,checked in, dropped bags then drove to the parking lot 1 short blk away. Room had spa tub & a comfy bed..great location for on foot sight-seeing. Breakfast for us was very good; other reviews said continental breakfast during the winter,but we had eggs Benedict, salad & were soo stuffed..skipped dessert!

From the moment I stepped into the office, Ryan greeted me, got me registered and into my room very efficiently. He was very good with directions and suggestions in the area. The room was great! Very clean, the bed was comfortable and perfect for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding!!!! Highly recommend the Inn, will definitely be back.
