"Room was clean. Only one tiny garbage can for the whole room. Was quiet and close to attractions."

"Overall clean room, but we could see some dirty places, as the bed frame/support where the mattress is in and the sink faucet. Bathroom was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Excellent location! "

"Hotel was nice as always but we requested early check in and was notified we were first in the que. After not being notified we checked in at 4 when check ins begin and we didn’t get out room until after 8pm. "

"Our stay started off on a bad foot. We were attempting to park to unload the car and locate the check-in area and we were greeted by a older gentleman with with purple, tinged hair and lots. Lots of tattoos. He was toxic. Not a great start. Place was okay, very dark Victorian and in my opinion a bit overdone. Breakfast was just okay, not great at all. Egg dishes cooked in muffin tins with add-ins but overcooked and dry. This seemed to be some things that shouldn't have been overlooked. The chain on the door for the bedroom didn't reach to actually use it. It was too short. The TV was very, very tiny. There was some chipped paint and some mildew. Not awful but not great. The high point of our stay was the young lady who was serving us breakfast on Monday, March 16th and Tuesday, March 17th. She was lovely, so helpful and friendly. We do have to say the location was quite nice. Nice. Convenient. All said and done we wouldn't return."
