"The Collector is a priceless gem! It’s off the beaten path, yet still in the middle of it all. The staff are kind, helpful, and care about their guests. The property is unmatched to any I’ve stayed at, and I travel quite a bit for work. This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at. "

"Excellent experience. Welcomed by an excellent host Joel. He made sure our accommodations were perfect. The Colombian Restaurant on the premises was delicious. The location of the Hotel is right next to visitors center which was very convenient. The pool is very nice and clean.The perfect place to stay in Saint Augustine."

"The staff is AMAZING!! The manager even walked fresh baked out to my son and I when we were sitting on their lounge area swings outside. Also one of my nights I was kept up until 3:30 AM with loud people above me and the next morning the staff changed my room immediately and upgraded me. The breakfast is so good and the cook (I never got his name) does a great job with making high quality hot foods quickly so the mass of people who come down for the breakfast don't wait. I will 100% come back to this hotel (and the location is spectacular)"
