「Hard to communicate with housekeeper, they spoke no English at all. It's a beautiful place to stay, grounds needed tending to, grass and trees needed grooming. Very minor touch up all in all loved our stay.」

「The room was very clean when we arrived. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful when in need of washing. We accidentally locked the restroom late at night, and when we messaged asking for assistance, they responded immediately, and showed up within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. The gentleman who assisted us was understanding, helpful, and kind. We love staying at this place because of its close proximity to the beach, cleanliness, and quietness.」

「I just needed a place to sleep, and this property served that purpose. The room was basic, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property but it was clean. The woman who helped me at the desk (who I think is the owner) was MOST helpful and very friendly. I was traveling alone and she made me feel safe. The location is also amazing. A quick walk across the bridge and you are in historic St. Augustine. Overall, a good hotel for the price.」

「We were traveling for work so our time onsite was limited. The room was clean and then staff was freindly. I grabbed a couple of yogurts for breakfast as we left for meetings. I loved the view we had of the inlet. I enjoyed watching the boats and the draw bridge. The property is a little dated, but you are a five minute walk from food and entertainment.」

「The property, the room, where you parked, all were very, very good I have to say most coffees when you travel in your room is awful and I need to tell you the coffee in this room was excellent I didn’t like several things though I didn’t care for the shower because the showerhead was too high and no grab bars at all. You don’t have to be disabled, handicap, or old, to need grab bars. Next is no microwave in the roomand I was told it was because they didn’t want to smell of food in the hallway...
