「stayed here 2 nights with my fiancé for a small getaway to St. Augustine. this hotel was conveniently close to everything which was a plus, the room was good, clean, the breakfast was ok it definitely could have had more selection but you get what you paid for. i’d definitely consider booking here again if i was in town again for a short stay.」

「Absolutely LOVE the mattress they use!!! It cradles You with softness and comfort! The bathroom could use some updating and a better cleaning. The room Hadn’t been dusted, there was a film and I sneezed a lot because of that. I did go to the desk to ask them to clean the tub so we could shower and they sent someone immediately. All in all, the stay was an 8, great value, morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would recommend and would stay again.」

「I arrived at about 2:30 PM. That is a few minutes before check in time. There was a male and a female working the counter. My room was not ready they found me a room in a few minutes. I am not sure that was what made me fill out this review. I think it was they were just so dedicated to customer service. I travel often, those 2 folks working when I arrived were a breath of fresh air for someone who has many nights in hotels. I saw the male this Am at checkout, he was as pleasant this AM...

「It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience!
