「I check the ratings. This property had 9.4 exceptional. Reviews must have been fakes. This place was a dump. Dead bugs on the floor, flooring buckling up, knobs falling off of drawers, mold in grout up to the ceiling, and a hole in the wall. We both tripped on the flooring a couple times. Didn't bother with breakfast, couldn't imagine what that would have been like. When I registered the clerk forgot to give me my drivers license back. I didn't realize it until he returned it a half hour...

「We took a spur of the moment trip to St.Augustine and by some miracle there was a room available at Bayfront Westcott. We were met by Sandy the manager who helped us get sorted out. It was happy hour and we met some other people who were staying and everyone was having a great time in the quaint but beautiful dining room. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was exactly what we needed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and we highly recommend staying there!」

「The room would have been nice if we didn't have ants everywhere. The bed and pillows were very comfortable however. Really wish that they had an ice machine available on the property and do not mind them going 3 days without cleaning the room but with a toddler in tow we needed a better option for getting rid of trash like a dumpster or leaving it somewhere.
