「Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice touch. My kids enjoyed the pool but it is very deep. Room was clean. We had an issue and it was fixed in a timely manner. The property as a whole needs some TLC but it is located less than 10 mins from the historic area.」

「I’m very disappointed with this Marriott stay. At check-in, I was told I could park my motorcycle under the covered front drop-off area, which many hotels allow for bikes. Later that evening, after returning from dinner, a different staff member came out and said I could not park there because the manager would call her and she would have to track me down. I explained that the person who checked us in said it was okay, but she simply said he was wrong. There were no signs posted in the drop-off...

「It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! Our room was on the main floor right in the main lobby but it was surprisingly quiet. We loved all the amenities ( free water, sodas, and even red and white wine and homemade cookies).
