During the explanation of the facility access procedures, I found the staff's attitude somewhat unfriendly, which made the interaction less welcoming than expected. Additionally, I was charged a parking fee that was not clearly justified or adequately explained. Greater transparency re. such charges would be appreciated.」

「Overall, the hotel was fine, but I expected better attention to basic details given the price, which is not exactly budget-level. The bed only had the fitted sheet and comforter, with no top sheet, and the pillows did not have pillowcases. There was also a towel in the bathroom that appeared to be slightly stained. The bathtub did not drain properly either, so while showering the water kept building up and ended up around my ankles, which was quite uncomfortable. The in-room safe was also left...

「We took a spur of the moment trip to St.Augustine and by some miracle there was a room available at Bayfront Westcott. We were met by Sandy the manager who helped us get sorted out. It was happy hour and we met some other people who were staying and everyone was having a great time in the quaint but beautiful dining room. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was exactly what we needed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and we highly recommend staying there!」
