「We took a spur of the moment trip to St.Augustine and by some miracle there was a room available at Bayfront Westcott. We were met by Sandy the manager who helped us get sorted out. It was happy hour and we met some other people who were staying and everyone was having a great time in the quaint but beautiful dining room. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was exactly what we needed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and we highly recommend staying there!」

「We traveled here as a couple and the feelings were split. The property location can't be beat. The front exterior does need a refresh and help with curb appeal, especially near the pool. Also, please mark the office location better. Every guest parked near our room and asked for directions lol. The view off the deck is gorgeous and it is conveniently located to everything downtown. 「Clean rooms and property. Check in process took a while as there was only one front desk personnel. On site parking was not free ($29). Had to request room change because AC was too loud and couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. Thankfully staff immediately changed to another room upon request. Breakfast had limited variety but was made well and always fresh. No bottled water provided to regular guests; only Hilton silver tier members.」
