This hotel did not disappoint! The hotel is beautiful and very well-maintained. My husband and I both agreed that it is the nicest hotel in the area! The service is great! Love the location, and love Vilano Beach. We will stay here again!

Nice room with a decent view of sunrise. One building only slightly hindering the start but nothing too bad. Short walk to beach, restaurants and Publix. Staff was very accommodating.

the tap water in the hotel smelled like raw sewage. my daughter gagged while trying to drink it. had to go to the grocery store and buy bottles of water. the smell of the water stunk up the whole bathroom when the shower was turned on.

Room was nice, but bathroom door didn’t lock. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk personnel were not great. We had to have other staff contact someone to come to the front desk where a long line had been waiting. Front desk personnel were rude and short when they finally did arrive. No microwaves in rooms-only one is located in the main lobby.

We didn’t stay long as we arrived very late and left early morning but we loved our room. It accommodated all 6 of us (4 kids) with the two queen beds and a pull out sectional. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t notice until check out but the hotel offers a variety of board games which is a really nice touch. Totally would have borrowed the Yahtzee had I known. :) Great sleep for our family of 6. Would be back for sure. Thankyou

The hotel advertises itself with a photograph of the rooftop area, but that was closed to us on Saturday evening (we were told it would be a 40 minute wait) and Sunday morning. Apart from that there weren’t many amenities and the breakfast was chaotic and underwhelming. It was not at all worth the cost of the stay.

Everything was great - nice newer hotel, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great pool area and a rooftop bar. It was also very easy to walk everywhere in the area, including stores, restaurants, fishing pier and the beach. The only thing we thought was strange was the mandatory valet parking - the area where the hotel is located isn’t busy by any means and they do have a decent-sized parking lot right next to the hotel, so charging $27 plus tax for parking seems very unnecessary and greedy from the hotel management. They could have easily charged people $15 a night for self-parking, but at least they should have that option available.

This property is a total scam. They would not give me the balcony rooms although that’s what I paid for and their manager just told me to take it up with Expedia. The room they gave me had bed bugs which when I looked at the google reviews seems to be a known complaint. Expedia should highlight this better. They enforce a mandatory valet parking per night and their Valet damaged my windshield and both the hotel and valet washed their hands off. Terrible experience.

Room was clean and comfortable we did not have time to enjoy the pool or restaurants make reservations a couple of days in advance both restaurants on site are very popular. The bar was nice and short walk to beach and nearby restaurants.

We had a nice size room with a king bed. It was located at the front of the building so I was initially worried that there would be a lot of road noise, but fortunately that was not the case. We stayed there for five days. Upon arrival we noticed that the refrigerator wasn’t working in the room and we had medication that needed to go into a refrigerator. Emily at the front desk what time is immediately for us in a new refrigerator was provided that worked just fine. I left a note to the housekeeper, thank her for keeping the room, so neat and tidy, as well as giving her a nice tip because we really enjoyed coming back to the room each day to a beautiful room.
