「I have no complaints at all. Staff very friendly. I was able to do my check-in 3 hours earlier when I told them that I drove 7 1/2 hrs. from NW Georgia and haven’t slept for 24 hrs. The room was super clean with extra towels and toilet paper. It had a small fridge that was very convenient. The air conditioner worked great! Plenty of spaces for parking. 「The staff at Anastasia Inn are fantastic! Whenever our family comes to St. Augustine we always stay there, more than 20 years. Recently we forgot some clothing in one of the closets. I called and described the items. I received a call back that they had the items in their lost and found. I was so grateful. Also, the inn is clean and I find they are my halfway point to attractions in town and the beaches.」

「Hotel had a septic problem when we stayed and the hotel could not offer another accommodation. The bathroom was not usable and the smell was terrible and the problem only got worse as time went on.」

「Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with...
