「Excelente 」

「Front desk and valet parking/porter excellent. Hotel has a great art deco vibe and we loved the location. Close to local restaurants and easy 15-20 walk to Condado beach. Room spacious and well appointed. One niggle is not enough towel hooks in bathroom. Would definitely stay at Don Rafa again.」

「We really enjoyed our suite at the hotel and thought that the room was very nice with the kitchen and living room areas, large bedrooms and a balcony. The room was clean and the included breakfast was a nice addition. While not the best food I've ever eaten it was good enough to get us out the door for the day.」

「The breakfast was better than expected. Actual scrambled eggs and sausage! Easy walk to hotel in airport terminal 」

「The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Throughout the common areas they had soothing aroma therapy. The room was large and well decorated, lighting was very adjustable, bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The 2nd floor heated pool near the bar is a nice plus, as are the chairs, towels, and drink service at the beach. We also visited the rooftop restaurant which was a bit pricy but had a good vibe and tasty food. Did I mention it's also right on the beach?...

After confirming the address , she even ordered an Uber ride for us to take the following morning to our cruise pier. She also provided locations locally where we could walk for dinner . The room was very clean and the hotel location was perfect . 」

「Friendly staff, great view and good location. Building not as new as the photos and wished there were activities in hotel, other than that would have given them five stars. But if these requests are not available any other hotels in San Juan then they deserve a 5 star.」
