"Very good central location, very kind stuff, rooms very clean, armed security 24/7, only 5,6 minutes to downtown. Will definitely and will come back again same Morales Hotel again. "

"The best part of this resort was the beach, nice soft sand. Unfortunately we didn't luck out with the best weather but it was ok. They have a good variety of food and no one got food poisoning so that's a bonus. The biggest issue was staff not knowing where things were and we didn't know where to go for events or things to do. For example we asked the staff where an event was at the front desk and they gave the wrong floor. The room cleaning service was late in the day when our little guy was sleeping and one day they didn't show so we asked at the desk for a cleaning and we avoided the room for at least 1.5hrs and when we went up to change they finally showed up so we had to go ask again. Other issues for little ones included stairs in the room for a toddler to fall down and a crib that definitely would not pass safety standards where we are from. Little guy could just climb right out onto our bed. There was also no wild life around to see other than a few birds, mostly pigeons. Shows are too late at night for young kids, start at 9pm. We were also given a room with a king size bed instead of two queen sizes as booked and one of our kids had to sleep on the couch. We discovered the kids zone one our third day and that is nice for kids. Otherwise less family friendly than we had hoped."

"Staff and room were very good, great indeed. We missed the hotel having a sauna and a rec room Snack bar had old food many times Lunch and diner had some old food some times as well No fruits for dessert on diner No jelly nor warm milk for breakfast Poor, very poor bread options on breakfast while you offer a lot of options on diner and lunch, this just does not make sense We had a horrible experience at the italian restaurant, terrible service I hope you improve because I would certainly stay there again"

"Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they would leave 2 bottles of water everyday. It is an old hotel, I believe its 119 years something like that. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room. It had a mini bar, an iron and ironing board. Beds were very, very soft, and shaky, they felt like water beds. Restroom was small, we had a bathtub. Shower head had a lot of pressure that the water would splashed everywhere and we had to put towels on the floor as there was a lot of water. "
