Gorgeous property. The landscaping beautiful. The seven additional semiprivate Jacuzzis were well maintained and conveniently located for all rooms. The pool area was clean and inviting. The room itself was immaculate, private, quite, well decorated and spacious. However, the bed was usually HARD. I kind of couldn’t believe it. Negatives: The staff consistently made us feel like we were putting them out. The restaurant staff more so than anyone definitely had a chip on their shoulder day and night. The $$$ prices at the restaurant were astronomical!!!! Also SHOCKING. And even though most staff are bilingual, it was extremely difficult to communicate with most all of the staff members. Honestly, I was extremely impressed with everything until I stayed there for a couple days. Primarily due to the restaurant. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Nothing is worse than a bad attitude when you’re on vacation. :(

We loved our stay at Casa Luna! From the beginning they helped us track down our passports and saved our vacation. The room was a bit tight for 3 people but the property, spa and trail were amazing - birdwatching for days! The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant had fantastic food for dinner too. We hope to come again!!

Our stay was great. The property is beautiful, the staff are so helpful, responsive, and kind. Everything was clean, and the location is excellent. We also booked massages with the hotel which I would highly recommend, the entire spa experience was amazing. The breakfast buffet was also great! Many options and everything was delicious. Would highly recommend to everyone!

The grounds are lush with tropical vegetation; pretty for strolling. Our room faced the gardens and had a spacious balcony with two chairs and a small table...nice view to wake up to every morning The room itself was very basic though and not well designed. Very little storage for clothes, no chair or table. Also no screens on the windows so we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open at night. Breakfast was good. Hotel is on the outskirts of town, no stores or other restaurants within walking distance. Uber is a quick 5-10 minute ride to town and cheap (around $5). We walked to Fortuna Waterfall from the hotel. About 40 minutes to get there since it's mostly uphill; going down was much faster. There is no sidewalk so must stay vigilant of traffic.

Casa Luna Hotel & Spa was a lovely place to stay. We especially enjoyed their spa service. It was rainy the entire time we were there so the spa was a great option. There were 3 people in our group & we booked 3 different spa experiences. We all loved the massages. The hot tubs were not hot at all. We wished that they were working better since the weather was so wet.

Everything was wonderful about the resort and the rooms. The staff was very accommodating and rooms were always very clean. Only exceptions are the beds are really hard and the couches are terrible, lumpy and broken in.

Very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to all of our activities. The restaurant was also very good, ended up having dinner there two out of the four nights. Highly recommend!
