「Hot spring river is amazing」

「The breakfast is terrible . The renew room is fine . Cut the rest is terrible also. 」

「We stayed in a junior suite, and the private jacuzzi was a definite plus. Had a minor maintenance issue early in our stay which was very quickly addressed. The staff were fantastic - after a day or two we were familiar with most of the restaurant staff, who were all excellent. Great food, with a stand out breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were also super helpful. We had a wonderful stay.」

「Great experience. Located about 10 minutes from town. Clean, staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Hot springs were beautiful. Views of volcano were great, also good for bird watching. We were treated to some extra perks, bottle of wine, fruit plate and a birthday dessert. Several restaurants in the resort we enjoyed them both.」

「omg this place is a paradise!! its such a small resort (like 30 rooms) however, it has like 8 pools, most of them thermal springs, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are so spacious and clean! luxury and the staff is soooo nice! the breakast food was delicious!! 7 am breakfast everyday. we had dinner there once (not included in price) and that too was delicious. I honestly will book again, because i felt like i was in paradise!!」

「酒店虽然小了点 ，但是环境真的很不错！游泳池很大，还有几个按摩热水池！我们和朋友分开订的房间，酒店贴心帮我们开了相邻的房间！ 早餐相当不错，食物选择不多， 但是东西很好吃！就是有个小问题： 房间wifi不是很好，要到房间外面才能连上wifi! 下次还会选择这个酒店！真心点个赞！」

「Beautiful hotel, room with kitchen and hot tub was nice. Staff communicated immediately through WhatsApp whenever needed. Best hotel breakfast service we have ever had. Hotel was about a 20 min walk into town or just a few mins to the swinging rope on the Rio Fortuna. Only room for improvement would be some more hooks in the room to hang rain jackets etc… You could stay here and never have to leave the property the entire time.」
