"Everyone was nice except the receptionist on our first night. He was rude and impatient. When I didn’t get what he said, he told me, ‘I told you that already. Do you want me to repeat? Am too fast for you?’ And smiled sarcastically. He just had a strong accent that’s why I asked again but he wasn’t too happy about it. "

"hot springs pool were clean and comfortable and was the only nice part of the hotel, Breakfast was ok compare to other 5 star hotels. we had so many small ants in our room, we arrived late at 10:30 pm and had to walk back to the reception area and waited for 20 minutes for water!!(the phone in our room was not working, they only came to fix it on our last day when we were checking out!) their mini bar was empty !!! they should put some water there and if we use it they charge us. "

" I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The installations were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a strong smell and visible mold coming out of the air conditioner, which made the environment feel unhealthy and unsafe. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and the facilities looked very disorganized and neglected. Because of the mold issue, I did not feel comfortable staying there and had to leave. I would not recommend this hotel until they seriously improve their cleaning and maintenance standards. Expedia had all the responsibility of this because of the fraud advertisement putting posting a 4 star hotel and is not even 1 . Never stay there, I loose my money, they refused to refund it . "
