Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hideaway Hotel. The food was exceptional, and the Mandarina restaurant truly stood out—every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The attention from the staff was outstanding, always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. The spa was incredible—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We also loved the trails near the river, which added a beautiful nature element to the stay. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel for a romantic getaway, highly recommended

This is a beautiful high end boutique hotel. The staff was superb, very attentive at every detail. The hotel is right next to the Rio Celeste national park. The facilities mix first class areas like the restaurants and pool with rooms right in the middle of the rainy forest. I really recommend this resort.

The friendliest staff I have ever met on any vacation! The grounds and rooms were immaculate and every staff member was welcoming, knowledgeable, and personable. The food was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the property was gorgeous. We can't wait to go back!

Rooms good and amenities. No in residence dining or service unless special requests are made makes this a less good property. FB service hit and miss and requires better management. WhatsApp messaging functional but seems a somewhat loose way to agree and confirm details as staff share ownership of the messaging service.

Exceptionnel. Chambres magnifiques piscine restaurant tout est conforme à la publicité Les sentiers sont bien expliqués et faciles. Personnel très gentil merci à Josue qui nous dit 3/4 mots de français Y séjourner offre l’avantage de pas aller dans le parc payant et vu le nombre de voiture sur le parking bondé. Nous avons fait les boues sur le Rio céleste génial, et personne. Seul point négatif le restaurant asiatique très cher et sans aucun intérêt. Et mon conjoint a été malade juste après… et comme tous les hôtels de cette catégorie repas et boissons à un prix élevé mais ça vaut vraiment la peine d’y aller.
