「This was our second time visiting Costa Rica and our second stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The wait staff were amazing and friendly, we had a late night dinner and drinks after a long travel day and all was delicious and promptly served. The lobby and bathrooms were so clean and organized. 「The pool was well maintained and they provide towels. It's right outside of the bar so you can enjoy your drink poolside. The hotel also has a walking trail that you can explore. The staff were excellent!」

「This lodging is a hidden gem away from Poas but close enough to get to the crater within 20 minutes. The views from the dining area were spectacular. The owner, Cindy, communicated clearly and often. She provided excellent directions to the property which is located high up on a hill in a residential area. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend Serenity Ecolodge for a stay near Poas Volcano. I have nothing but good things to say about the...
